[그때그인물] (4) 석.박사 학위취득 논문코칭 전문가 신용선 박사

베터비즈경영컨설팅연구원 대표 신용선 박사는 특이한 이력을 가진 인물이다. 직장생활을 15년 하고 퇴직후 자신이 직접 기업을 설립하여 15년을 경영했다. 

경영지도사이기도 한 그는 환갑 되던 해에 박사(경영학)학위 취득하여 대학 겸임교수 및 강사로 활동하면서, 공공기관에서 추진하는 기업평가 및 컨설팅 업무에도 꾸준히 참여해 왔다.

1959년 5월생으로 소위 말하는 베이비부머 세대지만 그를 보면 나이는 숫자에 불과하다. 그의 도전정신과 학구열은 환갑이 넘어서도 식을 줄을 모르고 불타오르고 있다.

2022년 5월23일 오후 신(辛)박사는 기자를 만난 자리에서 자신이 발표한 12번째 논문집 한권을 건넸다.

불과 3년 8개월 동안에 12편의 연구논문을 썼다니 연평균 3편 이상의 논문을 쓴 셈이다.

신 박사가 쓴 논문의 질을 보면 더욱 놀랍다. 박사논문 포함해서 그가 쓴 12편의 논문 중 9편은 단독 혹은 제1저자 논문이고, 교신저자로 쓴 논문은 단 3편 뿐이다.

12편 논문중 총 7편을 한국연구재단에서 운영하는 KCI(한국학술지인용색인, Korea Citation Index) 등재 학술지에 발표 했다.

신 박사는 석.박사 논문코칭 전문가로 최적화된 인물이다. 대학에서 석사와 박사과정 학생들을 3년간 가르치고 지도한 경험을 살려 석박사 학위취득을 위한 학생들을 대상으로 논문을 빨리 그리고 잘 쓰는 비결을 1대1, 또는 그룹 형식으로 맞춤 지도한다.

[The person at that time] Dr. Shin Yong-sun who a thesis coaching expert for master's and Doctorate 

Dr. Shin Yong-sun, CEO of Better Biz Management Consulting Institute, has a unique history. After 15 years of working life, he established a company himself and managed a company for 15 years after retirement.

As a management instructor, he obtained a doctorate (business administration) in his 60s and worked as an adjunct professor and lecturer at a university.

He has consistently participated in corporate evaluation and consulting work promoted by public institutions.

He was Born in May 1959, the so-called baby boomer generation.

But if you look at him, age is just a number. His spirit of challenge and enthusiasm for learning are burning even after his 60th birthday.

I met him On the afternoon of May 23, 2022. At that time he gave me a collection of his 12th research papers.

Having written 12 research papers in just three years and eight months means that he has written more than three papers annually.

Nine of the 12 papers he wrote, including his doctoral thesis, are solo or first author papers, and only three are written as corresponding authors.

A total of seven of the 12 papers were published in the KCI (Korea Citation Index), a Korean academic journal run by the Korea Research Foundation.

He is a person who is optimized as a doctor's thesis coaching expert that Taking advantage of the experience of teaching and guiding master's and doctorate students at universities for three years.

He teaches the knowhow of writing quickly and well thesis in a one-on-one or group for students to obtain master's and doctorate degrees.
